Whistleblowing and complaints
For any concern or suspicion about corruption, misuse of programme funds, harassment or abuse, or breaches of environmental, social or working-environment requirements, please reach out to any of the following:
- The DMDP or DGBP Secretariat: DMDP@DMDP.DK or DGBP@DGBP.DK. For most concerns, the Secretariats are the fastest routes. Both are managed by Nordic Consulting Group A/S on behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- Nordic Consulting Group’s Managing Director: Jakob Kirkemann Boesen (jkb@ncg.dk), where the concern involves a member of the Secretariat teams.
- The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark: um.dk/en/about-us/organisation/whistleblower. Reporting directly to the Ministry can be done at any time, without going through the Secretariat first, and without informing the Secretariats. This route also provides options for anonymous reporting.
No proof is needed for reporting; a well-founded suspicion raised in good faith is enough. Reports are treated confidentially, and nobody who reports in good faith will be disadvantaged for doing so.
